Garlic Herb Pesto 

Ingredients

1/3 Olive Oil
¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
3 tbsp chopped Parsley
3 Garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp chopped Basil
1.5 tsp chopped Oregano
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp nutmeg


 Directions

 

Mince all the herbs and mix them together in a medium size bowl.


Add Olive Oil to bowl with herbs and combine all ingredients well.


Add Parmesan cheese and mix well.


That’s it, all done…
Enjoy!


This gets used in our home fairly quickly for many different things. I have kept
this pesto in a well-sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks if it
makes it that long.
